“Affiliate Program” refers to a special program whose targets are the company’s existing clients. Registration and Placing an Order

A user places an order by completing the Order form provided in the Application. No Product is provided by other means of its request.

If the Writer is tasked with the responsibility of locating and paying for the specified resources, the Client will be requested to provide additional compensation to cater for the same. For an order that is due within 12-24 hours, the Customer must provide the resources within 30 minutes of the order placement. On the other hand, a 1-hour deadline will be allowed for orders that due within 24-72 hours, while those which have a deadline extending beyond 72 hours will need to have their resources supplied within 24 hours after order placement. A failure on the part of the Client to provide the resources within the stipulated deadline will result in the Customer being requested to provide additional payment, as well as extra time. However, the Client accepts that there is no 100% guarantee that the order will be allocated to the particular Writer. The Company reserves the right to allocate the Order to best available professional should the preferred Writer be unavailable. The responsibility of delivering the Products in a timely manner lies with the Company.

The rights and responsibilities of the Customer and the Company are provided in this Agreement. This document solely, its statements, promises or inducements, are to be considered valid or binding. Upon the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, this Agreement substitutes all previous verbal or written communications and/or Agreements that may have taken place between the Company and the Customer. The contents can only be modified in writing, signed by the Customer and the Company.
The Customer accepts that the Agreement will continue being operational in its entirety if it emerges that a certain portion of it is in conflict with state law. The rights and obligations of both the Customer and the Company will continue to be in force.

Privacy and Security
At Pro Academic Writing, we attach a premium value on the privacy of our Customers and we will not disclose their confidential information to any third parties. To ensure the data concerning personal and billing information is protected, the Company processes all transactions through the secure online payment system. However, the Company will not be held responsible if other parties disclose credit information without obtaining our consent. Customers are advised to refer to our Privacy Policy in case they have any concerns regarding the privacy and security of their information.

Warranty Disclaimer
Pro Academic Writing does not provide any warranties or representations in terms of the stated website or any published materials. This provision includes any warranties of merchantability or lack of infringement of use, or any warranties arising from the direct utilization of services associated with the Company’s website.

The Company also does not claim that our service will always be uninterrupted or free of errors, and, therefore, will not be held liable for any consequences that can occur as a result. Limitation of Liability
By consenting to the above Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, you agree to release and not hold Pro Academic Writing and its agents responsible for any and all losses, rights, damages, claims, and actions of any kind, arising from or related to the products, including but not limited to:
(a) Telephone, electronic, hardware or software, Internet, network, email, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind;
(b) Breakdowns in computer transmissions;
(c) Any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Company, and which might result in the product being delayed, or corrupted.
(d) Any injuries, damages, or losses of any sort that may arise from using the Company’s services.
(e) Any printing or typographical errors in any publications associated with the Company.
